Terms and Conditions
Welcome to The Castle Craft Company. By purchasing from or interacting with our brand, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
Handmade Craftsmanship
All our furniture and décor items are handcrafted using natural materials such as wood, iron, and other elements. Due to this handmade nature, minor variations in color, texture, finish, or pattern may occur. These are not defects, but unique characteristics that reflect the authentic craftsmanship and individuality of each piece.
No Return Policy
We follow a strict no-return policy once a product has been delivered and accepted. However, returns or exchanges will be accepted only in the case of:
1.A manufacturing or structural defect clearly visible at the time of unboxing.
2.The customer provides a complete and unedited unboxing video recorded from the start of opening the package.
Without this unboxing video, no claim will be entertained.
Product Variations
As our items are handmade and often crafted from natural materials:
1.Slight differences from product photos are expected and normal.
2.Wood grains, color tones, or iron finishes may vary slightly between pieces.
3.The real product may appear different from the website images, as product photos are taken under studio lighting conditions for presentation purposes. The actual color and texture may appear slightly different under natural home lighting.
These variations add character to the piece and will not be considered grounds for replacement or refund.
Payment Terms
1.All payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.Orders will be processed and dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.
3.For custom-made or bulk orders, advance payment is required as specified during order confirmation.
4.We accept online payments through approved gateways, UPI, or bank transfer. The Castle Craft Company will not be responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
Refund Policy
1.Refunds are not applicable except in verified cases of manufacturing defects supported by a valid unboxing video.
2.Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
3.For custom or made-to-order items, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once production has started.
Shipping and Delivery
We ensure careful packaging and handling of each item.
1.Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product type.
2.Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo or video proof.
3.Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Care and Maintenance
To maintain the longevity of your product:
1.Keep furniture away from direct sunlight and moisture.
2.Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning.
3.Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
4.Tighten screws or joints periodically if required.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you. Such orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable under all circumstances, except in case of verified manufacturing defects supported by an unboxing video.
Ownership & Design Rights
All designs, product images, and content on The Castle Craft Company website, packaging, and social media platforms are the intellectual property of The Castle Craft Company. Any reproduction, modification, or unauthorised commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a purchase from The Castle Craft Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City/State, India].
